Organized by the HUN-REN ATK Institute for Soil Sciences, the Budapest Soil Health Forum is scheduled for 4 December 2024, in Budapest, Hungary.
The Forum will feature conferences and panel discussions centered around the critical question: “How can we protect our soils for the safety and well-being of human society, as well as for the functioning of ecosystems, agricultural production, and forestry?” Each session will explore this question through various disciplinary perspectives.
This hybrid conference will offer both in-person and interactive online sessions. The event format includes keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions, facilitating discussions and knowledge exchange among scientists, researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders in soil science and soil management. Organized by the HUN-REN ATK Institute for Soil Sciences, the forum also serves as a sister event to the BIOEAST & Beyond conference, starting the day after.
